Hello babes,
The second and final outfit from the Vogue Festival is finally up now! I know, it took a while, but I really loved wandering back through my mind to that weekend, now that it’s been a month since I came back!
Similar to my outfit for the first day (you can see it here) I went for jeans and a vintage top. I dropped the heels and wore a more casual look by walking in these Oxord style shoes. This shirt is a very, very old one that my mum almost had to convince me to keep a few years ago, and I’m so glad I did! It belonged to her, and I always liked something about it, but I never really knew where to wear it or what with, so I ended up never wearing it! I thought this would be a good combination so I took it with me to London and I’m glad I did.
As I travelled only for the weekend, I had a very light luggage hence why I tried to keep my outfits simple. However, this is the Vogue Festival we’re talking about, so of course I wanted to wear stylish looks and pretty clothes, so I think I managed to do both things – travel light and dress accordingly. This top got a lot of appreciation on the day as everyone was asking me where is it from, and was not expecting my answer! If you have followed me for a while now, you must have noticed that I really love the mixture of brands and vintage pieces, I feel like it gives a unique touch to your outfit!
The second day was also the day when I got pampered! I had my nails done Vogue style with CND, a really pretty and natural make-up with Bobbi Brown products and a nice braid made at the Kerastase stand. Take me back!
That and listening to the “So you want to work in fashion?” talk really made me love being a part of the centenary celebration of Vogue. And as for the workshop question, I’m sure you can bet what my answer was!
With no further ado, I’ll leave you with some pictures of my outfit and make-up and I shall speak to you again soon! Let me know what you think about this look!
Kisses, D.
