Hello babes, As I am touring Romania (check my insta for details!) I am sitting in my hotel room looking at graduation dresses and looking for inspiration in all the new collections that we’ve seen throughout fashion month. I’ve spammed my insta stories with them, so you have surely seen them! (sorry not sorry). So I thought as a throwback, I’ll share with you my London Fashion Week memories. I attended LFW for one day honouring an invitation to Paul Costelloe’s show, which was impressive beyond words. The dresses were beautiful and I wanted to buy every single one of them! For the show I wore an outfit inspired from Marta Jacubowski & Stella McCartney’s collections, presented earlier during Fashion Week. I went for something stylish, but also quite comfortable, an outfit ready to take me through Central Line at rush hour! And it worked, my heels were comfortable enough to take me through the day, even though the usual outfit ‘malfunction’ happened in the sens that my boots did not stay ‘over the knee’ throughout the day without my help here and there. But all in all, I enjoyed wearing my outfit, and that is the most important thing for me always, to wear a stylish outfit that gives me the confidence to enjoy my day without thinking too much about it. With that in mind, I’m off browsing some more outfits for my graduation – please let me know if you have any suggestions! Love, D. I was wearing: Skirt – H&M Shirt – Vintage Poncho – Vero Moda Necklace – Avon Boots – New Look Bag...

Hello darlings, It’s been a while and so, so many things have happened! That many that it will take me more than one post to tell you everything without you getting bored or lost in all my tales! So I’ll start with the most impactful and recent one – my work at Cannes Film Festival. Even if the festival ended only two weeks ago, I already struggle to remember everything in detail because of how dynamic everything was. The festival took place between the 17th and the 28th May this year and it was my first year attending it. I flew over with a team of PR professionals in my first graduate adult adventure as a PR & Marketing person. I wrote articles, liaised with press, was part of the organising team of a Celebrity Suite, met lots and lots of people and tasted the craziness of what goes behind a huge event like this. Everyone sees the festival as a glamorous experience and now looking at my pictures, I realise why, but truth is, as an insider, as someone that works behind the scenes, I can tell you it is not all pink and bubbly, but rather rushed, last minute, spontaneous and exhausting. Not that glamorous, huh? But at the end of the day, the reason why it’s so exhausting is that there is so much to do during the day and so many events to attend during the night, that there is little to no time left for sleeping or eating! Truth is, they were some 2 weeks hard to keep up with, but I have learnt...

Hello there, So while getting better and catching up on things, I realised that I never told you about this great event I attended a few weeks ago. So here’s a little update… Bergen Brand is a well known brand originated in Norway. Bergen is a beautiful city that inspired Renate Stormark, the brand’s designer, to create timeless pieces that echo her values – quality and taste. It had its launch in the UK a few weeks ago at Wolf & Badger and the guests were mesmerized by the pieces and agreed that it’s a great added element to the London style. The event was a success and as I handled the Public Relations for it, I can say it was an amazing experience and I have met some inspiring people from the fashion industry! Have a look at how the event went and a few testimonials from the night here: As you can see, it was all joy and laughter, and guests were delighted with the designer and to see her great pieces. I believe London can only inspire her to further develop the brand and create new ‘must have’ pieces. Can’t wait to see what Renate has in store, but until then, here are some pictures from the event. Excited to show you what else I’ve been working on, so stick around! Hugs, D. I was wearing: Dress – New Look Blazer – Vintage Shoes – Primark Pictures by Modele Production/Getty...

Hi darlings, As much as my blog is focused on fashion and not make-up, with all this girlyness inside me you can imagine that I do like a bit of make up talk. Actually, maybe more than a bit. I admire all the effort that goes into a face contoured better than a painting, and I truly believe it’s a lot of hard work. However, I also think that there’s a time and place for a contoured face. Photoshoots – perfect, a big event or a night out – sure, but I’m not an adept on wearing it on a daily basis. Mostly because I really like natural looks, I believe that with the right products you can get a lovely texture and look really nice with less make-up than you’d think! Also, I am not a morning person, so even if I’d like contouring as a daily make up – ain’t nobody got time for that! And lastly, I don’t like looking the same all the time, which is why I prefer a natural look during day time and if I miraculously wake up earlier and have the time, I will create a sharp eye liner, if not, I’m definitely a fan of a bold lipstick to get you through the day! And yes, I speak so confidently about it because my beliefs have been confirmed by a make up expert, which makes me hold on to them even stronger! Rupert Kingston, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Delilah, a luxury British cosmetics brand, came to Worcester to show us how to do the perfect summer make-up! The event...

Hello darlings, I know I haven’t posted an Inspirational Monday in a while, but I thought it’d be a good moment to do that as this Monday comes right after a weekend filled with so much inspiration! If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you’d know I spent the weekend in London attending the Vogue Festival. It was the first edition I have ever attended and obviously, I was really excited! And it was all worth it, it was a great experience! The festival went on for 2 days and it was filled with a lot of great talks and masterclasses as well as a huge tent in Kensignton Gardens where fashionistas could take advantage of great offers and have some amazing experiences. The talks that I chose to attend on Saturday were Alexa Chung’s Style Clinic with Lauren Santo Domingo and Derek Blasberg and “The Allure of Paris cool” with Isabel Marant and Caroline de Maigret in conversation with Lisa Armstrong. The first show was very interesting and showed a different perspective of fashion, from 3 people with very different styles and at the same time, different inputs in the fashion world, but they all agreed that in order to make it into the fashion world you have to work your a** off, no joke! That, and that the fashion world is not such a cruel one after all and you can still be a good person and work in fashion! 🙂 The second show made me feel like I am in France at a small table in front of a cafe sipping on some good wine...

Hello darlings, As I keep telling you, Untold was an amazing experience and I cannot wait for next year’s edition! The last day amazed the crowd with a great ending – lights, animations, fireworks – it was perfect! And well, since we’re talking about the last day, it means we reached the end of my Untold outfit series, but not to worry, I am here to end this in style! This outfit was my favourite! It was the most feminine one and I was really looking forward to wearing it! During the festival, I mostly wore casual, comfy things, mostly branded, so they were not something unusual, they were something accessible to everyone. I needed a bit of originality and uniqueness. And so I wore this beeeeaaauuutifuuul dress!! I literally love it so much! It has a great print, those amazing cuts and that chic, girly, vibe. It’s just dreamy! And it was a real success! Everyone asked me where I got it from, and got all curious about it! But now there’s a little secret to it. I got it from my “back up storage of cool things”. I most certainly told you about it before, didn’t I? Well, I will tell you again! It’s my mum’s amazing taste in fashion and her great instinct of not throwing away any of these beautiful pieces, until I run through them. Yes, you got it right. It’s a vintage piece that belonged to my mum, and which I reinvented by customizing it and matching it to my style and voilà – a fresh piece that can easily fit into today’s...
