Untold 2015 //Day 3

Untold 2015 //Day 3

Hey, weekend lovers! It’s that amazing day of the week, when you know there is another day of weekend coming, so you’re feeling like on vacation! It’s a busy Saturday for me, catching up with things and still buying some stuff for my new house, but still, I got to wake up without an alarm, which means that I woke up with an instant smile on my face. So let’s make this Saturday a great one! But first, let me share with you my third outfit from Untold Festival, which was the most casual one, for 2 reasons. First, because I got to realise I don’t like other outfit options that I thought of, so I started being in a rush, and secondly because it was the day when I jumped all the time, literally. So I was truly happy with my choice. It was a warm up night of Hip Hop with DJ Charlesy and Tinie Tempah, and since I am such a big fan of Hip Hop, I literally did not stop dancing. I enjoyed it to the maximum, and Tinie did do a great show! Unfortunately, I did not get to see Armin Van Buuren, but my friends’ reviews were amazing, saying that he had a long, interactive set, and you could see he was enjoying himself in our beautiful city! And that’s great, because I hope to see him next year! So, my dancing outfit was sneakers – mandatory for my jumps, jeans, a top and a loose shirt. All you want from an outfit, to let you move around and be free to practice...
Untold 2015 //Day 2

Untold 2015 //Day 2

Mornin’ dears, The day you’ve all been waiting for this week is here – it’s Fridaaaay yaaay! Any plans for the weekend? I hope you have a great one planned ahead, or that you’ll be spontaneous and turn it into a great one! Whichever the case is, try to enjoy Friday too because, you know, it’s one day you never get back. And then you’ll find yourself lunging for it, so you better live for the moment and enjoy every bit of your life! When I say lunging for a moment, I picture myself still listening to live DJ sets from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike or some of the most well-known songs of Avicii or David Guetta, and picturing myself back into those days when I was in an Untold world and I danced and sang every day and basically, lived with a constant smile on my face because of that great vibe that surrounded me! It was that freedom of being yourself and enjoying the music and living it to the fullest! Or at least that’s what my version of it is! 🙂 While on the first day I went with a basic-expected-festival outfit with boots and a jeans shirt (here if you missed it), on the second day I started warming up and anticipating that I will be jumping the whole night, so I went prepared! I put on my sneakers and there I went! Ready to dance the night away! I kept the girly thing though, I wore a dress. This dress just got my attention the moment I saw it in a fashion boutique...
Untold 2015 //Day 1

Untold 2015 //Day 1

Hey, dears! As promised, starting today I am sharing my outfits from Untold Festival. For those that do not know, Untold is a festival that took place in my hometown, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It was the peak of the celebratory year of Cluj being the European Youth Capital for 2015. The festival had names as John Newman, Tinie Tempah, Lost Frequencies or Tom Odell singing to their great beats, but the ones that had the whole stadium full, and who were the most waited ones were Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren and David Guetta. They all played some amazing sets and got the crowds excited every night of the festival! Accompanied by lights, fireworks, on screen animations and warmed up by Fat Boy Slim as an MC, the shows were stunning! But more about the festival in the next post, for now, let’s focus on the outfit… I started Untold with a casual, laid-back, I would say even a cliché outfit for a festival. Jeans shirt, casual dress and boots – a really comfy look to be dancing in until the morning hours! Oh, that vintage shirt – that is like a piece I just can’t let go of, it’s so comfy and gives you such a cool look, being so loose, that I think I might be holding on to it forever haha! And of course, as I did not want it so plain, I accessorized it, and then added a temporay tattoo on the spot. Oh, and that smile, was just the happiness that you got from everyone around. It was a really cool...
Destray meets Kayture

Destray meets Kayture

I have been waiting to tell you about this ever since it happened, but as I was so busy, I did not want to rush and just write a short, meaningless post, so I prefered waiting and write exactly what I want to tell you. So, in case you don’t know, Kayture is my favourite fashion blog! I wrote about it previously, as an Inspirational post too (here) focusing on some of the most amazing outfits featured on the blog. Kristina Bazan, its founder, was my blogger inspiration ever since I started blogging, so posting her as a fashion inspiration came naturally, however, today I am talking about her again, this time from a different point of view. She is also one of the biggest bloggers of the moment, if not the biggest, as she has won Blogger of the Year award, as well as Influencer of the Year, so apart from having fans all over the world, reaching more than 1 million “Kayturettes” as she would call us, she has also received official recognition from the industry’s experts through these awards. So, you can imagine that, the moment I heard that she will have a meet and greet session while I am in Paris, I decided this is faith telling me that I have to go and meet her! So I did! And I was truly amazed by her… She has always promoted kindness and highlighted the fact that we should be grateful for everything we have and we go through and she has showed she is. However, I have been dissapointed in the past by people promoting...
Chiara Ferragni collection

Chiara Ferragni collection

I am a lover of heels and sky-scrapers and as glam as possible shoes – not that my height would need any help, but heels have always been something I loved, when choosing shoes and I enjoy wearing them as often as possible. However, I have those days when I just want to be really comfortable and I feel in no mood for getting up there and spend the day above the clouds (just kidding, I probably got my head in the clouds 90% of the time, regardless of my shoes choice). Anywaysss, I might estray myself from the topic that I am trying to talk about here. So, in those no-heels days, I am looking for something comfortable – obviously, but still, I want my shoes to look good and therefore, make me feel good for wearing them. So, I think I found some that may shine (literally) as I want them too. While in Paris, during my first day there, we popped by the opening of Chiara Ferragni’s first store at Le Bon Marche where she exposed her new collection. And you know me and my guilty pleasure for sparkling things, I just loved those flats with fries or lipsticks or endless lashes!       So yes, from the entire collection, these were my favourites! But then, if you’re not like me, and prefer something less sparkly, but in the same playful tone, these might just be made for you:     And for those moments when you want to combine these designs with your love for heels or you just want something modern and edgy,...
Vestige Premiere Annee

Vestige Premiere Annee

Back in Cluj for less than 24 hours and already reunited with my girls for an amazing event! On Thursday, Vestige – Atelier des Beaux Arts, a renown beauty studio in Cluj has thrown a high-class party to celebrate their 1 year anniversary and me and my friends were there to take part to their night to remember! The party was totally my style – champagne, Macarons (in case you didn’t know – my guilty pleasure), fashion shows, street dance, a great location and all of them to be enjoyed with some really good friends that I’ve missed! So, it was the perfect night! The event took place at NOA – Nest of Angels, Cluj’s new ideal event venue and the dress code was black and silver. So Cluj’s fashion people showed off some amazing combinations, embracing these colours, which I must say, were indeed amazing and ready to be used as an inspiration anytime! Even more inspiration came from the evening’s fashion shows that presented a collection by Emese Bako, a collection of impressive furs and a runway by the well-known fashion bloggers of Cluj! All introduced by street dance moments by T-Dance made the evening perfect! As I have none of my lovely photographers with me, me and my girls took turns into taking pictures of the night, so one thing is sure, they totally show how much fun we had! And, as a bonus, they’re all in black and white, to stay aligned with the dress code!   Oh, and I took some pictures of the outfit and details too, so that you have a complete...
