So, as it wasn’t painful enough that I spend almost 24/7 inside studying, now a heat wave came around to show me even more, how fun it is to stay indoors and study, when melting and when my only wish is to be on a beach, somewhere… Yep, that’s what’s happening. I am still at the “studying for exams” chapter of my Erasmus, from which I try to sneak out from time to time and actually get out of the house and socialize with humans. Like today, when we went on a little adventure to find a boat that sells ice cream, because what’s better than an ice cream? An ice cream on a boat! (See the deliciousness on Instagram) And an adventure it was indeed! Took us a while to find the place, but you know how I enjoy getting lost on cute little streets, so it was great! And the treat was really worth it, such a good ice cream! *Remembers the post is about fashion and not ice cream* Anywaysss, when it comes to unbearable warm days, I always love going for a loose dress, made out of an easy material, just like this one. And this is exactly the kind of print that says “summer” for me! I kind of have a crush on it now, so I am looking for some new summerish items that have this kind of print, and of course, I am looking to explore other combinations of colours! So if you know any pretty ones, give me a shout out in the comments, cannot wait to see your favourites! As...

Hey, hey! Not only that it’s Monday again, but it’s also the beginning of a beautiful new month, that is set to bring smiles on our faces and the summer breeze in our lives – June! As every new week is an opportunity to set new goals for yourself and make sure you’re going on the way of your dreams, the beginning of a new month is that and so much more! And when they clash, well, it should fill us with motivation and power to focus and conquer all our dreams! This is how I feel right now! Motivated and ready to confront everything! Always remember that the power is in within you to make the steps towards your dreams, and it’s only you the one that procrastinates or postpones these steps! I have recently noticed that I no longer had the motivation to do all the things that I wanted to do, so instead of doing them, I would say what I am going to do…But it doesn’t help saying them, if you don’t actually do them! So with the help of good friends and inner motivation I came back on track and I am ready to fullfill my wishes one by one, by hard work and focus! I can’t believe we’re almost halfway in 2015, so that makes me ask myself “How far are you with your resolutions?”. Do the same and let the answer only motivate you to achieve them or even overcome them all! Trust me, you can! We all can! So go out there and conquer the world! Had to give up heels...

…or my life right now, and it will basically be the same thing. I was telling you the other day how many assignments I have due in these few weeks left of school and how I am struggling to keep myself motivated and not fall into procrastination. As, of course, things are easier said than done, it was not that easy. And I say this after a weekend of being home alone with the only task being doing all my assignments. Did I do some? Yes. Did I do them all? No. So, why is that? I had the conditions, the motivating mood and all the resources needed to do my work. However, I did not achieve all my goals. This is where our good, old friend, always there for you, always ready to help comes in : PROCRASTINATION. And next thing you know, you find yourself scrolling through Instagram, loading an episode of a series because you deserve a “break” or even staring at the sky through the window, meditating over and over again about your life. Because yes, this is the perfect time to do that. Oh, and all that paper mess you left on your desk for a while now, you suddenly can’t stand anymore and you are absolutely not capable of starting work until everything is clean and shiny, everything. Do you recognize yourself? I thought so. This is why I decided to write this article and call it out, because this needs to stop, because it is stopping us from being well organized, and ultimately, achieving our goals. So, what do we do? Here...

…it should all be nice and sunny! But it’s not actually, I did not get to that tipe of May yet – it’s not sunny and it’s for sure not nice. I love this Erasmus semester and I am forever grateful for all I am living and all the people I met. Still, let’s just say that ever since I came back from home, I have been in school more than I have been home, if you don’t include the sleeping part, sometimes, even so. The system here is totally different from England, and even if I am trying to accept this and find the positive things about it, sometimes I just surrender to a nervous breakdown and call out the amount of work I have to do. However, I have decided to keep looking at things with positivity and brightness and just try and be as productive as I can (procrastination might become an issue here) and do everything I need to do in time, so that I get to enjoy what’s left from this Erasmus. I can’t believe I already have to say that…time passed so quick that I didn’t even realize there’s a few weeks of class and then exams (read: panic time) and that’s it, it’s gone too fast. Aaaaaanyways, this blog was meant to be about fashion, and this an outfit post, so less talking, more pictures, right? Thank God that I had to go grocery shopping and that H&M happened to be in my way, because that’s how I got these really nice high waisted jeans and so took advantage of a lost...

As you know, I am home now and I couldn’t be happier, because it’s been a few months ever since I have been home and I missed my family, my friends and my hometown… Furthermore, I missed the food and trust me, the Easter holiday is a great moment to come to Romania if you’re craving some Romanian food, because we do plenty and oh, so tasty! So it’s a plus for me, apart from seeing my family, to take a break from student food and replace it with some cooked, made-by-mum food! Even so, because I know that my time here is limited and I am going back to assignments, my mind is already flying to my next travel adventure and the next one, and the next one! That’s just it, I want to see as much as I can, and travel as many times as I can! However, I am cherishing my time here at home and as yesterday was Easter in Romania and today is the second day of Easter, also considered a holiday, I am spending as much time with my family, because time flies and soon I’ll be missing them again! So, while I spend a family day, ahead of me planning my future travel adventure, I share with you a recent one, a day spent in Gent! People say that if you come to Belgium, Gent is a city not to be missed, so I had to explore! And now I get why! It is a city full of history and looks amazing, with a lot of churches that keep the historic look...
