You know I’m an endless dreamer and a hopeless romantic, and fashion wise, what brings you closest to romance and dreams are the long dresses that would make anyone that tries them feel like a princess. And who doesn’t want to feel like a princess? I know for sure I do, because what made me fall for fashion were these beautiful, long dresses and they still make me fall for them every single Haute Couture week. I see them, I admire them, and I pick my favourites for when I truly become a princess which I would want to wear. There are collections that I admire season after season, like the timeless dresses from Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad. They are the ones that always have the princess dresses and are some beautiful shows to be watched. Others, like Dolce & Gabbana always amaze me with their combination of class & extravaganza that never fails. Some choose to combine styles, some to stay loyal to the classic long, gowns. And some, like Viktor & Rolf did this year, just take it to the next level and show innovation finds ints place in the Haute Couture culture. Viktor & Rolf amazed through a collection of wearable art and I loved it! As much as I love the classic, long dresses, something new like this just gives me that spark of inspiration that we all need sometimes! With that being said, below are my favourites, gowns that I cannot stop staring at or creations that inspire me, or designs that let me speechless out of the collections that I liked the...

Helloooo!! So, the first part of my semester here in Belgium has come to an end and now it’s time for a long-waited vacation! The end of it came with an International Week which was fun, we got to visit a new city – pictures coming soon – and we went Ice Skating, which I love and missed and bowling, so it was definitely more fun than the first Project Week, but even so, got me really tired by the end of it, so I was lunging for this weekend! And so far it has been a really good one! It couldn’t have been any other way, since a really good friend came visiting, and expressing her chocolate crave all the time, so naming yesterday a “sweet” day is literally no exaggeration! However, this is the start of 2 relaxing weeks and so many assignments to start writing on so I really hope they’ll be good to me and that I’ll get to enjoy them to the max! As for today’s outfit, since I have seen some hope today, with a few sun rays trying to brake through, I decided to show you a remake of a wintery outfit that I really liked and that I wore in Worcester (here). And what better place for a summerish remake than Paris? Exactly, none. So in one of the Paris Fashion Week days, I decided to wear this lovely combination of colours that I adore: burgundy and that blue! Pure love! Of course, the hat and sunnies had to be a part of it too, but these were not the star...

Regardless of where you’re from, where do you live or what traditions you follow, April is a month of celebration. When I say this, I am thinking of Easter, but even the so long waited settle of Spring is a reason to celebrate! So, as the sun comes out (hopefully, for good), cute dresses come up and we feel more inspired to wear a girly look, bright colours or flowery skirts. But once this comes up, the question “What to wear?” also comes with it, after a long period of wrapping-up in big, warm coats and with this avalanche of such a wide variety of options for spring outfits. So, as I have the same issue, I thought I’ll come and help you with some inspiration on what to wear this Easter. As some are celebrating it this Easter and some next week, I thought it’d be safe to show it to you at the beginning of the month, just so that anyone can use it as an inspiration, no matter what and when you’re celebrating in April! I chose this pretty little dress, because I think it’s a perfect choice for multiple ocasions: family dinner, lunch with friends, a cute date or even a walk through the city. Whatever the reason, this type of dress adapts and makes you feel gorgeous, no matter where you’re heading! I chose to accessorize it with heels and some simple, elegant silver jewellery, because the dress already owns the stage, through it’s combination of colours and patterns, so it doesn’t need much to be added to it! Oh, and that collar! You...

I have been waiting to tell you about this ever since it happened, but as I was so busy, I did not want to rush and just write a short, meaningless post, so I prefered waiting and write exactly what I want to tell you. So, in case you don’t know, Kayture is my favourite fashion blog! I wrote about it previously, as an Inspirational post too (here) focusing on some of the most amazing outfits featured on the blog. Kristina Bazan, its founder, was my blogger inspiration ever since I started blogging, so posting her as a fashion inspiration came naturally, however, today I am talking about her again, this time from a different point of view. She is also one of the biggest bloggers of the moment, if not the biggest, as she has won Blogger of the Year award, as well as Influencer of the Year, so apart from having fans all over the world, reaching more than 1 million “Kayturettes” as she would call us, she has also received official recognition from the industry’s experts through these awards. So, you can imagine that, the moment I heard that she will have a meet and greet session while I am in Paris, I decided this is faith telling me that I have to go and meet her! So I did! And I was truly amazed by her… She has always promoted kindness and highlighted the fact that we should be grateful for everything we have and we go through and she has showed she is. However, I have been dissapointed in the past by people promoting...

Ahh, the Saturday feeling! You know what I mean, the moment you know it’s weekend, your whole body and mind gets into a let’s-just-chill state and no matter how much you try (and I am really trying, because I have work to do) you just can’t get out of it! This state starts on Friday for me, as I have the day off here, in Belgium, and so I spend it accompanied by some really chill beats and so it lasts for the whole weekend. And so I am today. And that just brings up memories, brings me back to my long weekend in Paris, when I couldn’t care less what day it is and if there is anything that has a deadline soon or not. My first Paris Fashion week experience was really nice, got to see people, to meet new people, to decide what I want to do and what path I want to take in my career. Or at least an idea. I guess there’s always a little spark that comes up and gives me a new idea, so I have no idea what the final one will be. Anyways, I loved dressing up in Paris. I felt like I could dress up, wear heels, wear oversized layered outfits, like this one, and still fit in, while standing out. It’s an amazing feeling, because you get to express your style and your personality, but you are not being judged by it, and I haven’t encountered that everywhere I have been. Obviously, people become more open-minded and more laid back, but still, it’s in these big fashion...
