Hey there, beautiful reader! December snuck up on me quicker than I got to say ‘Christmas is coming’ and now I find myself completely unprepared for what I consider one of my favourite times of the year (the other one’s summer time because I’m a summer child and I live for the July sun!). Also, I usually find this time of the year very exciting but this year is ending with me still being on a hunt for a job and a purpose to follow my masters coming to an end which turned into a few months of uncertainty. Now, if there is something that I don’t like, that is uncertainty. Spontaneity, yes, all for it, uncertainty, not so much. Because uncertainty means everything is out of my control, which sometimes brings great things into my life out of the blue, and I am very grateful for that, but sometimes, it just makes me question every single thing. However, this also means that my tolerance to uncertainty has been greatly tested these months so maybe it was just a lesson I had to learn and it will prove of great help in the future, we shall see. I’ve been spending this time focusing on myself while on this search which people might call check mate given how many times I’ve put myself last while being very busy. However, is it check, mate? Because as much as I’ve enjoyed having time for myself and my friends, I miss being busy, having a purpose, making a change. I’m the type of person who is satisfied at the end of the day...

Hey, lovelies! I hope your summer is going well! I know I posted on Monday, but you know what? I feel like I haven’t posted in so long! And that’s because I want to post more often, to show you more outfits, more places to travel and more inspirational tips. In other words, I want to take the blog to a next level. I gave it a lot of thought and with the great help of my dearest friend, that’s like a sister to me, Catalina (make sure to check out her page and see her amazing art work), we came up with a new design for the blog. So, in a few days, the blog will be on pause, unavailable for a short while, and I wanted you to know why it, it is because I am preparing loads of new stuff and surprises and so on, and the blog itself needed a make over for that! On another note, despite the huge movement that is taking place here, I will be heading on a mini vacation to refresh, recharge my batteries and come back ready to share with you all the great surprises that I have prepared! My plan was to have a mini-vacation without too much contact with the online medium, but giving the redesign of the blog, I will still be around to oversee it, and of course, you know me, I will be sharing moments through pictures! …BARCELONA!!! As you’re reading this, I am waiting to get on my flight to one of my favourite cities visited so far! I am literally so excited, that I cannot stop smiling!! Apart from returning to the beauty of Barcelona, I will also have a reunion with my friends which is even more exciting! This is why I have tried my best to do all this unconceivable amount of work as I don’t want to leave worried that I left things undone or to keep my mind on it. I will take these few days as they are: a vacation! With good friends, sun and new memories! Of course, intensive sessions of catching up are overdue! Living in the light of the sun was also a good motivation, as the weather here reminded me of England and then it showed me that it can be worse than that and that you should never pretend that you know how the weather is going to be like! Like, seriously, don’t even try… I have waited so long for this: no more thights, no more boots, just skirts, dresses and sandals, ahhh. This is what also made me find this lovey Gap skirt that I have had for a while and not wore it, time to change that! So, that was my exciting news!! Also, the sad part is that while I’m there I won’t be posting on the blog, but I promise to keep you updated!!
