I can’t believe that this time last week I was back home!! I went for a short while though, but you can see from the big smile on my face that I forgot about tiredness, my busy schedule, my assignments, absolutely everything for a few days and I enjoyed being at home with family and friends!
It’s amazing how many people I got to see in this unexpected 5 days trip back home and I am really grateful that they all made time in their schedules to meet up and have a chat like in the old times (not that old, summer was 2 months ago though).
Anyway, the first word that comes into my mind when I think of home is “cozy”, so on my first day at home I couldn’t help but dress as cozy as possible. The weather was not on my side, it was all rainy and cloudy, but we danced through it and we scaried away the clouds with our big smiles and our loud laughters. As for the cozy outfit, I chose to wear this new cape, which came at a perfect time, since it makes me feel like I am surrounded by a blanket whose sole purpose is to keep me warm and safe! What’s more cozy than that?
Besides that, I have been smiling all day and running around through the city meeting old friends. It’s always good to be back home, even if only for a few days. In today’s post you get to see my “home photographers”, which are my best friend, Catalina and her amazing friend (mine too!!) Iulia (you know her from our post together here) and you can definitely see how much fun we had. They are always a lovely company and whenever the three of us get together, I feel like we could conquer the world with all the ambition and all the goals that we are sharing!
So, I’ll leave you with the pictures of “me in a blanket” strolling around the city and I hope the big smile on my face is contagious, so it will help you have a good day!
Oh, and it’s Halloween tonight! It’s my second Halloween party this year, since I already had one on Wednesday, but I am dressing up different tonight, so follow me on Instagram to see the outfit I chose (and you can see the Wednesday one too)! If you’re partying for Halloween today, have a “spooky night” and if not, I am sure you’ll find a reason to make this weekend awesome!
Lots of love, D.
