Hi there, Hope you’ve managed to get back into the rhythm with work, school or any other cool stuff you’re doing and that your January is all smooth sailing! Because let me tell you… I thought mine would be, but clearly it isn’t. Not sure if I need to learn a lesson this month or if I have just purely forgotten how to adult, but maaaan it has not been easy to be back. I haven’t been home for such a long period of time for a couple of years now so of course I jumped at the opportunity to be home once I had it. But if you’re like me, you know that being home is nothing like your usual life. First of all, I always announce my family that when I am back I am the child of the family and I should be treated as such. I hang up my independent lifestyle as soon as I step into the house and from then on I am doing as told or being as playful and childish as I wish, because it’s the place where I can be that and nothing bad will happen aka I’ll miss uni or won’t pay attention at work or do the – oh so boring – household maintenance such as laundry and shopping for cleaning stuff and so on. Okay, I’m joking, I’m still acting as an adult, but I’m just taking it easy, you know? But this time, when I got back I just forgot how to switch ‘home mode’ off and I stayed it that easy mood as if someone...

Hello my darlings, It’s Christmas Eve and after I’ve finished decorating the house and cooking all the Christmas food, I’ve decided to share a little blog post to wish you a Merry Christmas and show you how a white Christmas looks, in case you aren’t having one where you live! Summer has always been my favourite season, but despite that, December has a very special place in my heart and over the years, it has slowly become my favourite time of the year. And can you blame me? It gives me so much joy because it brings together all my family, spoils me with all the traditional food I’m missing all year and everything around me looks sparkling and full of lights. Regardless if you’re celebrating Christmas or not, I’m sure you all love to see the cities coming to life and having all kind of events that bring people together for laughter and hot drinks, because at the end of the day, it’s a holiday season for everyone, we all travel home to see family and friends and end the year in a festive way! As I am typing, it doesn’t look like I will be getting the white Christmas I have been hoping for, but luckily, I got to see some snow a few days ago, because (if you grew up with snowy Decembers, you know this) it just doesn’t feel the same if I come home for Christmas and there is no snow around. In a minimalistic manner, I dressed in all black and a touch of colour. The accesories were a bit of faux...

Hello babes, As I am touring Romania (check my insta for details!) I am sitting in my hotel room looking at graduation dresses and looking for inspiration in all the new collections that we’ve seen throughout fashion month. I’ve spammed my insta stories with them, so you have surely seen them! (sorry not sorry). So I thought as a throwback, I’ll share with you my London Fashion Week memories. I attended LFW for one day honouring an invitation to Paul Costelloe’s show, which was impressive beyond words. The dresses were beautiful and I wanted to buy every single one of them! For the show I wore an outfit inspired from Marta Jacubowski & Stella McCartney’s collections, presented earlier during Fashion Week. I went for something stylish, but also quite comfortable, an outfit ready to take me through Central Line at rush hour! And it worked, my heels were comfortable enough to take me through the day, even though the usual outfit ‘malfunction’ happened in the sens that my boots did not stay ‘over the knee’ throughout the day without my help here and there. But all in all, I enjoyed wearing my outfit, and that is the most important thing for me always, to wear a stylish outfit that gives me the confidence to enjoy my day without thinking too much about it. With that in mind, I’m off browsing some more outfits for my graduation – please let me know if you have any suggestions! Love, D. I was wearing: Skirt – H&M Shirt – Vintage Poncho – Vero Moda Necklace – Avon Boots – New Look Bag...

Hi loves, Are you as excited for Friday as I am? Or is it just because of all the coffees I’ve had? Let’s leave that unanswered… So as we’re getting more into the fall season, I am back to my ultimate fall crush – capes! But as I don’t see fall as depressing or sad, I thought I’d spice it up with a bit of colour! Burgundy is known for being a good colour for fall and a perfect match with beige, but that would just be usual. To make the outfit stand out a bit, as it’s a really simple one – really, I had to add a bit of electric purple and bring back my favourite bargain ever – the cool sunglasses. If you love them as much as I do, you can see other outfits here & here. And with that, I wanted to prove once again that one accessory can change a boring – or let’s call it plain – outfit in a cool one. So on those days when you feel like inspiration is failing you, always think about the accessories that you have, they can truly save the day! Also, another tip is to think how else you can wear your items, so that they don’t keep looking the same. For example, I decided to not tie this cape, which I usually do, so the outfit had a different end look! As always, the best advice is to be creative and be bold to wear what you want, how you want! On another note, I am getting better (whooo) and busier (whooo) but...

Hello darlings, As yesterday I showed you some of my favourite co-ords, today I am showing you my own one! It might be because I started working and I like office looks even more now, but I really love co-ords and I think there is one for every occasion! As I told you, I am searching for more to add on to my collection, but until then, I created one with garments I barely remembered I possess! And yes, I am a fan of this colour, and I really loved how they worked together! So, as a little tip, have a quick search through your wardrobe and you might be surprised of how many co-ords you already have *wink wink*. As I did not want the outfit to be too plain, I also added a bit of floral print, but in some neutral colours – to keep it simple! You know – less is more! Literally, everything fitted perfectly with this look! I mean, this new bag I bought together with the burgundy one is black so goes with loads of things, but look how great its zipper effect complements the zipper of the skirt! I know, it’s impressive! So today’s life lesson from fashion – you never know how pieces will fall together, they might surprise you and make a perfect combination, so don’t lose hope! Hugs and kisses, D. I was wearing: Blazer – Vintage Top – New Look Skirt – Saint Tropez Shoes – New Look Bag – JustFab.co.uk Watch – Calvin Klein Pictures by Alex...
