Improvising

Hello darlings, As yesterday I showed you some of my favourite co-ords, today I am showing you my own one! It might be because I started working and I like office looks even more now, but I really love co-ords and I think there is one for every occasion! As I told you, I am searching for more to add on to my collection, but until then, I created one with garments I barely remembered I possess! And yes, I am a fan of this colour, and I really loved how they worked together! So, as a little tip, have a quick search through your wardrobe and you might be surprised of how many co-ords you already have *wink wink*. As I did not want the outfit to be too plain, I also added a bit of floral print, but in some neutral colours – to keep it simple! You know – less is more! Literally, everything fitted perfectly with this look! I mean, this new bag I bought together with the burgundy one is black so goes with loads of things, but look how great its zipper effect complements the zipper of the skirt! I know, it’s impressive! So today’s life lesson from fashion – you never know how pieces will fall together, they might surprise you and make a perfect combination, so don’t lose hope! Hugs and kisses, D. Co-Ords – The Comeback

Co-Ords – The Comeback

Hey loves, I really hope you are doing amazing,  and that you have been enjoying the last week. I am truly sorry for the lack of updates, but Freshers’ Week caught up on me and I enjoyed a bit of social life as well as going to work and taking care of all my responsibilities, and because the blog posts were the ones that needed the most preparation, I fell behind with them. I apologize, but you know as much as I love to post, I don’t like ignoring my friends or my life in general because I love to create memories to inspire me to write more on here. Yes, cliché, I know, but I hold on to this. because I truly believe that. Now I am back to business and ready to inspire you with a trend that has come back really strong and maaan, it’s awesome! And yes, as you would have guessed from the title (subtle, right?) I am talking about co-ords. For people that don’t know what co-ords are, where have you been? they are the two pieces outfits of the same fabric/colour/print. I never liked them, and to be even more fair with you, I really disliked them – my mum would always love the co-ord suits, and I would just avoid them at any cost. But, you know as you get older, and technically wiser (still to be confirmed) you do understand stuff and start liking things that you absolutely could not stand. Which is why I now love co-ords! I think it all started from seeing the crop-top ones, and then seeing...
Summer Wishlist – Destray Edition

Summer Wishlist – Destray Edition

Let’s stop lying to ourselves. Fashionista or not, at least since the 1st of June hit the calendars we have started thinking about what we are going to do this summer. And somehow, it is all related to our fashion choices, think about it: where am I going? To the beach? I need a swimming suit. Am I working this summer? I need summer office outfits. Going to a festival? You got the point. So, as last Monday we decided what is mandatory for the summer, this Monday we indulge ourselves with a bit of dreaming towards what do we want in our wardrobe this summer…Naturally, while thinking about this, I made a never ending wish list, which I tried (really tried) to narrow it down to 5 things I really want this summer, so here we go: 1. Long vest I have wanted one for a while now – basically you can wear it with everything from shorts, jeans to dresses and skirts, it would get you out of every don’t-know-what-to-wear-it-with kind of day, and you’ll look great too! 2. Shirt dress As you know, I love shirts, and they are one of my to-go things, when it comes up to daily outfits, so I had to turn this into something more summerish, and I found the perfect choice – a shirt that I can wear as a dress! 3. Comfortable sandals with a thick heel So in the summer I want to be comfortable, but I also want to wear heels, and not only on special occasions, but on a daily basis, for a walk, etc. Which...
