Well hello there, How is the weekend going? I finally came to terms with September and we agreed that it’s fall now. So unless it decides to be all indecisive and really sunny and pretend it’s summer, we’re good. We’re back to sweaters and autumn colours (inspiration here). So let’s start it off with this cozy and comfy sweater that got everyone talking! No, really, everyone loves it. And I would tell you where to get it from, but it’s actually the result of one of my mum’s old talents, she’s the one who knitted it a good while ago. So of course, as I do, when I found it, I thought it’s a keeper and couldn’t wait to wear it! You’ll see more of it around, for sure, because I’m obseeeessed with it! I am still looking for new sweaters to bring to the collection, but this one holds a special place. It’s one of those things that reminds you that near or far, your family is besides you. And we all need that. So, like this, whenever I get a bit homesick, I got a trendy healer! Thanks, mum! Again, it’s impressive how fashion keeps going back to old trends, and how something that faded a couple of decades ago comes back strong and makes a statement. I love that because I am a natural vintage lover. But somehow makes me think that it means less space for originality, which means we’ll always be finding inspiration in something that was already created. I think that’s alright until one point, when we start recreating the same thing, rather...

Hi my dears, First and foremost, I have had a great feedback for yesterday’s post about inner beauty, thank you! If you haven’t read it already or want to leave me your opinion on it, please do! The post is here. On another note, today is the first day of autumn. Whaaaat? Where did my summer go? Time flies, really! But hey, no complaining, I started my summer on Erasmus, in Belgium, then spent some amazing weeks in Romania, at home, went to the beach for a week and then finished it off in England. It was quite a good summer, if I am to be fair here. So while setting the start to fall, I am saying goodbye to summer, but it’s a sweet goodbye if I remember my days at the beach, surrounded by family and a beautiful sunset, absolutely perfect. And yes, I miss that. But I believe in living in the moment and cherishing the past through memories while believing in the future through wishes! Of course, saying goodbye is not easy, but giving the fact that I have been in England for a couple of weeks now, I got used to the British weather and to people saying “what summer?” whenever the summer talks were on. So this is just to make it official, it’s September now, and summer is gone. But hey, see it this way – you will finally have the chance to try all those fall trends that you had your eyes on! Oh, and layering, yes, the layering game will be strong. Can’t wait to get inspired by all the...

Last day of the weekend, but at the speed that my life goes with right now, I didn’t even realize it was the weekend at all. That and the fact that I had an exam on Saturday morning – definitely did not feel like weekend. However, even if I still have to study for my last few exams, I decided to enjoy the Sunday for a bit, at least, in some study breaks.. My life has been moving sooo fast these past few days, that I literally had to ask for confirmation on the day we are on… I did 2 exams, traveled to England and back by bus in less than 2 days, came back and took another exam. I am a bit messed up, to be fair! And my sleeping schedule does not exist anymore, basically, I sleep after I fulfill all my daily goals, so that may take a while.. Although it sounds tiring, and it really is at some point, I am extremely grateful for all this! I love my life being busy, makes me feel like I am doing something, like I am evolving, like I am one step closer to where I want to be! So, in all tiredness, I wouldn’t change this! Maybe I’d take out 1 or 2 exams, but other than that, nope. Still, we sometimes need to take a step back and slow down. We should always remind ourselves that it’s not the destination that brings the happiness and success, it’s the journey! So we need to enjoy that journey as long as it lasts! So, for this summer...
